Extension costs vary based on finish level, materials, site conditions and specification. No two extensions are identical, which is why we always carry out a free site visit before issuing a firm price.
Our estimates include windows and doors, all electrics, all plumbing, plastering, decorating and flooring (if pre-selected). They exclude kitchens, bathrooms, window dressings and furnishings. Ready to live in.
Not always. Smaller extensions may fall under permitted development in Scotland, but it depends on the property, size and location. Our architectural design team will advise you at no cost.
Once planning is approved, most single storey extensions complete within 8 weeks. Larger or double storey projects take longer. We'll give you a build programme at the site visit stage.
